Proline 411S + WF500/4 - Single Phase Mig Welder + Wire Feeder

The MIG 411S + WF500/4 is a versatile and robust single phase machine, ideally suited to medium or heavy fabrication. On maximum power and maximum duty cycle it consumes only 13.6kVA, requiring only a 50A fuse and can be used in the field from a 15kVA generator. Additionally, at 100% duty cycle, the output power is 300A, making this one of the highest power single phase machines on the market. Its large cabinet can accept a full height gas cylinder and with large diameter wheels it can be moved from job to job with minimal risk of toppling. A separate 4-roll wire feed unit (the WF500/4) features an all-geared drive system to minimise the risk of wire slip and to create uniform welds. A 5 metre interconnection and 4 metre welding torch, offers a working radius of 9 metres. The unit is also suitable for use with spool-on or push-pull guns, allowing increased work radius up to 13 metres. The WF500/4's ability to take larger diameter wire (2.4 mm) means it can handle up to 500A, allowing for welding some materials greater than 25mm. In addition, 16 switch settings and digital amp and volt meters allow for fine tuning of the output power.
